Guarantee of Authenticity:
All my paintings are works by artists with whom a have a direct relationship. This way I can guarantee the authenticity of each piece.

Prices, transportation, taxes and customs duties outside EU:
Lenghts are in centimeters: Lenghts converter
Sale prices are in Euros : currency converter
Delivery costs are free for metropolitain France.
Out of metropolitain France, delivery and insurance costs are 24 €.
Outside the European Union (EU), taxes and customs duties in your country may be asked ; I can not foresee them and I will not be able to pay them ; They will be at your expense and you will be responsible for them.

How to place an order online ?:

Insurance:
Any work purchased includes a digital photograph, to be used as proof of purchase for your insurance. If needed, I also keep record of these pictures for an unlimited time.

Secure online payment:
Purchases are regulated by bank card (CB, VISA, MASTERCARD) .You will be redirected to a online secure payment service PayPal.
Your payment will be validated only if I am able to honor your whole order ; if not, it will not be taken in account and you will not be debited. If before 7 days from the reception you use your right of sending back, you will be automatically refunded if the painting(s) is in its original state.

Delivery:
The average delivery time is 7 days in France and 15 days abroad. The delivery receipt must be verified and signed by the buyer himself, and will serve as a piece of evidence in case of a claim. The buyer is also responsible to verify the shipment, in presence of the carrier, and report any problem to both the carrier and my self.


Return policy:
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to cancel your purchase (except portraits and posters) and return it to me at your expense. Upon receipt, the purchase will be immediately refunded if the painting is on its original condition.

Rights of the work and the property:
The painting artist is always the holder of the copyright. Buyer’s rights on the work are limited at private use rights.

Applicable law :
The contract is governed by french law. Each dispute arisen from the formation, from the interpretation or from the Contract execution will be submited to the exclusive skills of the Bordeaux Court.
